Biography

Margarida Gama is currently a PhD candidate in International Relations: International Politics and Conflict Resolution at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC) and the Centre for Social Studies. She has a master's degree in International Relations: Peace, Security and Development Studies from FEUC and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the School of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon. Her research interests centre on water conflicts, international water governance, the use of water as a weapon, climate change and peace processes.
