Biography

Postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Social Studies-CES/UC, project titled "Governance and Public Policies in Tourism from the Perspective of Contemporary Capitalism: between the pursuit of wealth and the financialization of development in the tourist territory." PhD in Public Policies from the University of Coimbra/PT in 2023. Author of the book 'Governance and Public Policies in Tourism', published by the University of Brasília, Laboratory of Tourism and Sustainability Studies, in 2025 (ISBN 978-65-998233-3-6). Junior Researcher at the Risk Observatory of the Center for Social Studies - CES. Master's in Tourism Management from the Latin American and Caribbean University/ULAC in 2002, validated by the University of Brasília - UnB/DF in 2006, specialist in Marketing from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation - FGV/DF, specialist in Hotel Administration from the Center for Tourism and Hotel Studies - CETH/RS, and Bachelor's in Tourism from the Pioneering Union for Social Integration - UPIS/DF. In the academic realm, he worked on the development of research and pedagogical projects for extension, undergraduate, and specialization courses; coordinated undergraduate and specialization courses; taught classes; and organized academic events. She worked as a consultant for the evaluation of undergraduate courses in Tourism and Hospitality throughout Brazil for the Ministry of Education. Currently, she develops in the area of public tourism policies and related fields the creation and implementation of programs and projects for the development of tourism. He worked in strategic government management and in the development of public planning and its management. Executes projects with public and private entities.
